Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- In case a parcel is received damaged, the complaint will only be considered eligible if a clear picture or video is provided as proof.
- Complaints without a clear picture or video will not be entertained.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Innerwear, accessories, and items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange unless received defective or incorrect.
- Slight variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects.
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion must be returned with all included components.
- Products damaged due to customer use or mishandling are not eligible.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please share your order number, reason for request, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was sent incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Exchange
- If you want to exchange an item for another size or style, this can be done after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund
· Any complaint must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the package.
· Once the returned item is received by us, refund or exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days.
· Delivery and return shipping charges for refunds or exchanges will be borne by the customer.
In case of refund request, the matter will be investigated, and if approved, the refund will be initiated within 14 working days.
Shipping Charges
In case of an error or issue caused by 7dayz.store (such as an incorrect or defective item), all applicable shipping charges will be covered by the brand.
However, if the return, exchange, or refund is requested due to an error from the customer’s side (such as incorrect size selection or change of mind), all delivery and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Important Notes
- Return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Items that are washed, worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or without tags/packaging are not eligible.
- Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
